Inspired by a trip to A Southern Season in Chapel Hill, NC (go Heels!), this cheesecake is baked on a chocolate cookie crust. The cookie crust is topped with caramel and freshly grated sea salt. We top the crust with our original cheesecake filling swirled with more caramel before topping with a few fine grains of sea salt finish it off.
